Customer Support Agent

We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant and experienced team. Do you like talking to people? Are you a problem solver? Are you confident? Do you like the feeling of making someones day?

Primary responsibilities:

  • To assist and respond to external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Manage processes including bookings, complaints and claims in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to our client base
  • Support the business with internal travel requirements
  • Social media activity, and provide assistance to various Commercial functions
  • Handle customer bookings, enquiries and complaints via telephone and email
  • Initiate contact with passengers and travel agents during advance flight disruption including schedule changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine customer complaints
  • Process routine customer compensation and baggage claims
  • Liaise with operations daily regarding disruption and offer solutions and advice
  • Assist with social media platforms; creating and updating posts improving customer interaction

  • Commitment to develop & seek continuous improvement

 Role requirements

  • The role requires shift work ranging from 8:00am to 6:30pm and some weekends work
  • Due to our remote location, applicants must have a full driving license and own transport
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage, but appropriate training will be given
  • All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
