Check-in desks open 90 minutes before the flight departure time and close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure (international flights open 2 hours before departure, and close 45 minutes before departure - it is also important for passengers to be aware of any Government guidelines regarding travel, and carry appropriate travel documents). Late passengers cannot be accepted. Refreshingly, you won't be charged for checking in your luggage. Queues at check-in are short and the process is swift, as is the experience through the security channels. This is possible thanks to an initiative called Fast Track. Passengers boarding our Jetstream aircraft will notice we have liveried valet baggage carts for you to place larger items of hand luggage by the aircraft steps. Your hand luggage will be awaiting you on the valet baggage cart at your destination airport.
