Position of work: Eastern Airways Head Office, Humberside Airport (9am - 5pm)
Reporting to: Human Resources Manager
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience
To acknowledge and greet customers when they arrive at the establishment in a positive, pleasant and professional manner.
Primary responsibilities:
- Ensure security protocols in providing customers with a security badge and assist with directions if required
- Notify appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
- Ability to focus on a visitor or caller to ensure their immediate needs are met
- Organise refreshments for guests if required
- Screen incoming calls to the business and forward as necessary
- Assist with lunch preparation for guests
- Ensure Reception area and conference facility remains clean and tidy
Key accountability
- Book meetings and training events facilities
- Arrange Couriers when required
- Organise taxis for guests
- Sorting and distribution of all internal and external post including use and maintenance of the franking machine
- Keep office supply inventory fully stocked
Necessary qualifications & skills:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a Customer Service background
- Good standard of computer skills
