Position of work: Eastern Airways Head Office, Humberside Airport (9am - 5pm)

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience


To acknowledge and greet customers when they arrive at the establishment in a positive, pleasant and professional manner.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Ensure security protocols in providing customers with a security badge and assist with directions if required
  • Notify appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
  • Ability to focus on a visitor or caller to ensure their immediate needs are met
  • Organise refreshments for guests if required
  • Screen incoming calls to the business and forward as necessary
  • Assist with lunch preparation for guests
  • Ensure Reception area and conference facility remains clean and tidy


Key accountability

  • Book meetings and training events facilities
  • Arrange Couriers when required
  • Organise taxis for guests
  • Sorting and distribution of all internal and external post including use and maintenance of the franking machine
  • Keep office supply inventory fully stocked


Necessary qualifications & skills:

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in a Customer Service background
  • Good standard of computer skills
