We are recruiting for a French-speaking Airport Service Delivery Manager to oversee our growing network of stations in the UK and Europe. It is a highly independent, airport focused position. The Service Delivery Manager is an integral part of the delivery support strategy & will be the primary contact for the airline senior leadership team (SLT). The role is to ensure contracts are consistently managed and seamlessly delivered. The role requires an engaging and approachable leader with a strong customer centric mindset, solid aviation operational background and sound communication skills.
General responsibilities:
- Act as the Company interface with partners and suppliers at airport level
- Ensure compliance of above and below wing operation in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- KPI reporting
- Highlight improvements and change initiatives to enhance the passenger experience
- Coordinate brand signage at the airports
- Assist in the coordination of the airline’s emergency response plan
- Requirement to travel oversea
Experience, skills & qualifications:
- Proven track record of handling contracts/service delivery management, within an airline/airport environment
- Strong English and Fluent French language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong collaboration, influence and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage conflict and complex situations
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management, reporting
- Full driving licence
