INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS The airport information desk is centrally located in the arrivals hall. AIRPORT FACILITIES Eating and Drinking: The airport has a number of food outlets both before and after security.
Before security: Lille Bergen is known for its good coffee as well as its italian icecream. It is a natural meetingpoint on ground floor in the midle of the atrium.
Cafe Opus, on the second floor, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hansatorget pub, on the second floor, is a modern bar with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It also hasa panoramic view from the outdoor terrace.
After security control: Fresh & Tasty is just that!. It offers tasty baguettes from "La Baguette" and pizza from the pizza oven of " Peppes Pizza".
Millibar, is a good place for a drink and is located in the midle of the domestic hall there is always something to look at as well.
After boarding control - International hall:
Fjords + Pronto is a new concept in the international departure hall. "Fjords" has a modern style inspired by the local fish stores combined with a larger wine collection. "Pronto" stocks magasines and the newsagent items.
There is also the Luftens Baron, which is a traditional bar.
Shopping: The airport has a wide selection of shops both before and after security check-in. At the Bergen Airportshop you can buy everything from small souvenirs, salmon and knitted sweaters to practical travel items for your travel needs. The shop is in the international departure lounge after the duty free shop and also handles tax refunds.
The 7Eleven is always open and has a wide range of snacks, newspapers, magazine and sundries.
Narvesen - has everything you would expect. It is located both in the arrivals hall on the ground floor and after the security checkpoint on the first floor. Narvesen sells a wide selection of newspapers and magazines, both Norwegian and international, hot dogs, coffee and chocolate.
Bank services: Handelsbanken, is based in the arrival hall on the first floor. In addition there are several ATM’s throughout the airport. You can also buy a number of different currencies and exchange foreign currency to Norwegian kroner.
Euro, British pounds and US Dollars can be purchased from the ATM in the international departure hall, opposite the Duty Free store
CAR PARKING The airport has approximately 3,500 parking spaces. 1,500 of these are in the car park opposite the terminal, while the remainder are outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the terminal building. The most reasonably priced spaces are a mere 400 metres away. DRIVING DIRECTIONS By car, follow the 580/ E39 trunk road towards Flesland from Bergen centre. The trip usually takes approximately 30 minutes. Remember to calculate extra time during rush hour. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Bus: The airport bus between Bergen Flesland Airport and the centre of Bergen takes approx. 30 minutes and departs every 15 minutes between 06.00 a.m. and 21.00 p.m. on weekdays. The airport bus follows two different routes to and from the city centre:
- Departures from the airport via Nesttun depart every whole and half hour.
- Departures from the airport via Oasen/Fyllingsdalen leave at quarter past and quarter to the hour. On Saturdays all buses go via Nesttun.
