INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS

The information desk is centrally located in the main concourse with staff on hand to deal with all your flight enquiries and general information such as flight arrivals and departures, car parking and airport facilities.  The Eastern Airways check-in desks are situated in the main check-in hall and are operated by Norwich Handling.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Eating and Drinking - There are two bars, a restaurant and a café within the main concourse and the departure lounge.  Both the restaurant and the bar in the main concourse offer a wide variety of hot and cold meals throughout the day, as well as a wide selection of beers, wine and spirits.

Shopping - Aside from the Duty Free and tax free shopping available to departing passengers, Norwich Airport also has a shop situated in the main concourse available to all passengers and visitors to the airport.

Norwich International Airport has introduced a passenger charge called Airport Development Fee (ADF) that will be collected on the day of departure from every passenger flying from the airport.  Eastern Airways is not responsible for this levy and passengers should visit www.norwichinternational.com for more information or contact Norwich International Airport.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES

Eastern Airways passengers holding ‘S’ type fares are invited to use the facilities in
the Executive Lounge.  Lounge day passes are available for purchase offering computer work stations with free internet access, e-mail, telephone and fax facilities.

CAR HIRE

The Europcar desk is situated in the main concourse.

CAR PARKING

Very close to the main terminal building, NCP's car parks have plenty of spaces to offer passengers both short and long stay parking at a low cost.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Norwich International is situated just four miles north of Norwich’s city centre, on the A140 Cromer Road.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Rail: One Anglia run services to Norwich from London Liverpool St. and link to services across the country.

Road: The airport is clearly signed from all major routes.

Taxi: The Norwich International Taxi Association provides a service to and from the airport through its fleet of dedicated taxis. The taxi rank is conveniently located adjacent to the main terminal building.

Bus/Coach: First Buses run a regular service to Norwich International approximately every hour.
