Check-in desks open 90 minutes before the flight departure time and close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Late passengers cannot be accepted. Refreshingly, you won't be charged for checking in your luggage. Queues at check-in are short and the process is swift, as is the experience through the security channels. This is possible thanks to a ground-breaking initiative called Fast Track. With Eastern Airways operating the largest number of scheduled services from Aberdeen, a dedicated Business Lounge is available for all its customers flying from the airport and is located next to its departure gates.

Passengers boarding our Jetstream aircraft will notice we have liveried valet baggage carts for you to place larger items of hand luggage by the aircraft steps. Your hand luggage will be awaiting you on the valet baggage cart at your destination airport.
