INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
The information desk and Eastern Airways check-in desks are located in the main terminal building.
Eastern Airways check-in is operated by Aviance.
AIRPORT FACILITIES
Eating and Drinking - There are restaurant facilities landside and in the departure lounge area. These are modern in design, offering travellers a great choice, from grab ‘n’ go sandwiches to delicious hot meals, combining popular brands like Starbucks and Delice de France with some great brassiere meals. Passengers can quench their thirst in adjacent bars.
Shopping - Duty free shops are located in the departure lounge and a newsagent is in the main concourse.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES
Customers may use their laptops, palmtops and mobiles to access e-mail and the internet. Southampton Airport is covered by wireless WiFi internet access.
CAR HIRE
Hertz, Avis, National, Alamo, Enterprise and Europcar desks are located in the main check-in area.

CAR PARKING
The airport offers long and short stay parking. All car parks are clearly signposted.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The airport is less than one mile from Junction 5 of the M27. It is only four miles from Southampton, 20 miles from Portsmouth and 11 miles from Winchester. The M3 is one mile away, providing fast routes to Basingstoke and London, and via the A33/A34 to Oxford and the Midlands.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Rail: The airport terminal is less than fifty metres from Southampton Airport (Parkway) Station, where up to three trains every hour depart to London Waterloo and fast links depart to many InterCity destinations.
Road: The airport is clearly signed from all major routes.
Taxi: The taxi desk is in the main terminal building next to WH Smiths.
Bus/Coach: There is a regular bus service between the airport and Southampton City Centre.
