Access to our aircraft

Please note that a ‘lift on’ service is limited to certain aircraft in our fleet (Saab 2000).

On the smaller types of aircraft (Jetstream 41), passengers must be able to climb the aircraft steps unaided.

On board facilities

We always try to assist our customers with any special assistance needs and aim to allocate a seat that is suitable for your needs.

Safety regulations state that passengers with special assistance needs should not be seated at emergency exits or in cross aisles that form part of emergency exit routes.

You must be able to look after your own needs during the flight, such as: eating and going to the toilet.

If you are unable to manage on your own, you will need to travel with an able bodied companion/care assistant who is willing to help you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept passengers with a level of disability which needs the presence of an able bodied companion/care assistant unless an able bodied companion/care assistant is travelling with the passenger.

Please be aware that there are no adapted toilets or on board wheelchairs on our flights.

Visually impaired customers

If you are visually impaired please inform us at the time of your booking, or 48 hours prior to departure, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Braille safety cards are available on our flights.

Expectant mothers

If you’re pregnant, you may travel up to the end of week 28 without a medical certificate. Between weeks 28 to 35 of your pregnancy you will need a medical certificate stating the number of weeks of your pregnancy and confirming that you are fit to fly.

From week 36 of your pregnancy we will be unable to accept you for travel.  If you are expecting a multiple birth travel is only permitted up to the end of week 32 of your pregnancy.

Medical certificates must be supplied by a Doctor. Unfortunately, we cannot accept certificates issued by a registered midwife.

Infants

Infants (defined as children under the age of 2 years at date of travel) may travel free of charge, providing they are seated on the lap of the person accompanying them.

Infants under the age of 2 weeks cannot be accepted for travel.

Only one infant per adult is permitted to travel.

Infants are not entitled to a baggage allowance.

Children aged 2 years and over must occupy their own seat which must be purchased at the applicable adult fare.

Unaccompanied minors

We can accept unaccompanied minors between the ages of 5 – 11 years on our services subject to notification at time of booking and availability of this service, as we can only take a limited number of unaccompanied children on individual flights.

Children under 5 years of age at date of travel, cannot travel unless they are accompanied by a person of 16 years of age or over who will take responsibility for the younger child.

Travelling from France

Anyone under the age of 18 in France holding an ID card must have a completed parental authorisation form to leave their country of nationality.

Forms are available from the local town hall or police station and parents must complete them.  The passenger must carry the completed form at all times whilst travelling, although such forms are not required if the passenger has their own valid passport.  Guardians must remain at the airport until the flight is airborne.
