Will refreshments be served during the flight?
Light snacks/refreshments will be served during all our flights. A full complimentary bar including champagne is offered on most services appropriate to the time of day.
Seating on-board, are seats allocated at check-in?
All seats are allocated at check-in. Certain restrictions apply for passengers who wish to sit on an emergency exit row. Emergency exit (extra leg-room) seats can be requested at check-in on a first-come, first served basis. There is no charge for this.
May I smoke during the flight?
In the interests of safety and the comfort of our passengers, in common with all UK airlines Eastern Airways operates a no smoking policy. The use of laptops/palmtops is restricted and the use of mobile phones are prohibited throughout all flights.
