The information desk is centrally located in the main concourse with staff on hand to deal with all your flight enquiries and general information such as flight arrivals and departures, car parking and airport facilities. The Eastern Airways check-in desks are situated in the main check-in hall and are operated by Norwich Handling.

Norwich International Airport has introduced a passenger charge of £10 per person called Airport Development Fee (ADF) that will be collected on the day of departure from every passenger flying from the airport. Eastern Airways is not responsible for this levy and passengers should visit for more information or contact Norwich International Airport
Eating & Drinking
There are two bars, a restaurant and a café within the main concourse and the departure lounge. Both the restaurant and the bar in the main concourse offer a wide variety of hot and cold meals throughout the day, as well as a wide selection of beers, wine and spirits
Aside from the Duty Free and tax free shopping available to departing passengers, Norwich Airport also has a shop situated in the main concourse available to all passengers and visitors to the airport
