INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
The airport information desk is located in the international arrivals area. The Eastern Airways ticket desk is located in the main check-in area, operated by Swissport.
AIRPORT FACILITIES
Eating and Drinking - A wide variety of cafes, restaurants and bars are located within the airport, offering a range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Shopping - There is a huge choice of shops including a variety of products and clothing along with duty free within the departure lounge.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES
The airport is covered by a wireless LAN (local area network). This allows passengers to use their laptops, palmtops and mobiles to access e-mail and the internet. There are also several fixed terminals throughout the airport.
CAR HIRE
Hertz, Budget, Avis, Europcar, National and Alamo car hire desks are situated in the check-in area. Special discounted rates with Europcar are available to all Eastern Airways passengers
CAR PARKING
There are long, mid and short stay car parks close to the main terminal building.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
London Stansted Airport is conveniently situated just off the M11 - from London use Junction 8a or from Cambridge use Junction 8 and simply follow the signs at the roundabout for Stansted.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Rail: The airport railway station is situated below the terminal building. Rail tickets can be purchased at the station.
Road:
Taxi: Stansted Airport taxi operator Checkercars has a reservation desk on the international arrivals concourse.
Bus/Coach: The coach station is located below between Zone C and D of the short stay car park.
