INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
The information desk is located inside the entrance to the terminal building.
The Eastern Airways check in desk is located in the main terminal building check-in area, operated by Aviance.
AIRPORT FACILITIES
Eating and Drinking - Café Oasis and Yard of Ale, in the terminal and Café Express and Yard of Ale in the departure lounge offer a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Shopping - WH Smith and Alpha Retail stores are available within the airport terminal.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES
Facsimile, photocopier and telephone facilities are available for business use operated through the airport information desk. A post-box is located in the main terminal. Internet access is also available within the airport.
CAR HIRE
Avis, Hertz and Europcar desks are situated in the main terminal. Special discounted rates with Europcar are available to all Eastern Airways passengers by clicking the image below
CAR PARKING
The car park is situated directly in front of the terminal building and is monitored by security staff.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Durham Tees Valley Airport can be easily accessed from the A1(M), A19 and the A66.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Rail: The railway station at Darlington is located approximately 7 miles east of Durham Tees Valley Airport and is a short bus or taxi ride.
Road: The airport is clearly signed from the A1 and all major routes.
Taxi: Taxis are available directly outside the terminal building.
Bus/Coach: Sky Express service 737 offers direct connections daily to and from Durham Tees Valley Airport, Darlington Train Station and Darlington Town Hall, allowing onward connections throughout the North including Durham, Newcastle and York. The dedicated bus service is free for air passengers.
