INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
The information desk is located in between the two check-in halls. Eastern Airways check-in can be found within the check-in hall on the right, operated by Swissport.
AIRPORT FACILITIES
Eating and Drinking - The airport has many establishments offering a huge range of hot and cold food and beverages.
Shopping - There are many shops within the airport from Tie Rack to Dixons. Duty free goods are also available.
CAR HIRE
Avis, Europcar, Hertz, National and Parkers desks are located opposite the domestic arrivals gate.

CAR PARKING
Newcastle International Airport has exclusive on-site car parking, with an award winning security system and CCTV.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The A1 is the principal north south road by-passing the city centre and leading direct to the airport.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Rail: Newcastle International Airport is linked via Metro to Newcastle Central Station. The station is adjacent to the main terminal building. The journey takes 23 minutes from Newcastle Central Station and services are provided up to every 7 minutes.
Road: The airport is signposted from the A1 and all major routes.
Taxi: A taxi rank is located outside the main terminal building.
Bus/Coach: Regular bus services are available to and from Newcastle Airport.
