Upon booking your ticket you accept Eastern Airways General Terms and Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage and you have indicated that you have taken notice of the information contained within.
Passenger Assistance
Passengers requiring disability or unaccompanied minor assistance must notify us at time of booking, or at least 48 hours prior to departure, so that we can provide the necessary help and assistance.

1. Refunds and Cancellations
Passengers are advised that the purchase of travel on all Eastern Airways flights is non-refundable.
2. Check - In
Passengers are advised that check-in for Eastern Airways flights closes 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers who do not comply with the check-in deadline will forfeit that leg of the journey.
3. Baggage
Each passenger is permitted one standard piece of hand luggage (max 10kgs) and one piece of hold luggage (max 15kgs). Excess baggage, each additional kilo over 15kgs will be charged at £2.50 per kilo, per sector. Excess baggage will be carried subject to space availability. A separate baggage receipt will be issued for each piece of checked baggage.
4. Onward Flights
Eastern Airways operates a ‘point to point’ service and cannot facilitate the transfer of passengers or baggage to or from the point at which travel with Eastern Airways commences or terminates.
5. Schedules
Schedules may be subject to change without prior notice. However, Eastern Airways will endeavour to inform passengers of any significant alterations to their reservations.
6. Taxes, Fees and Charges
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY FARE
All fares are subject to taxes, fees and charges:
UB Tax - Departure and/or arrival charge levied by airports
YQ Tax - Insurance and Fuel Surcharge as applicable
GB Tax - Air Passenger Duty, collected by airlines on behalf of HM Customs & Excise on flights operated by aircraft with a capacity of more than 20 seats
YO Tax - Isle of Man only (similar to GB Tax)
7. Credit / Debit / Charge Card Transactions
Payments made by Credit Cards will attract a fee of £6.00 per transaction.
8. Security
To give you, our customer confidence when booking online, Eastern Airways makes every effort to maintain customer confidentiality when securing an online payment. All of your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
We have in place a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), this technology encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential, making it safe to transmit your credit or debit card number over the Internet.
