INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS

The airport information desk is located in the check-in area.  The Eastern Airways
customer service/ticket desk and check in desks are situated in the main check-in area. These are operated by Menzies.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Eating and Drinking - There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars available within the airport.

Shopping - Duty-free shops and a variety of gift shops and concessions are available.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES

Eastern Airways’ exclusive departure lounge is available for all Eastern Airways passengers.  Complimentary refreshments are available throughout the day, follow the signs through departures.

Fixed internet terminals are available by Gate 4 in the UK departure lounge.  Payment can be made online with a credit card, or by using pounds sterling and Euro coins at the access points themselves.  Aberdeen Airport has wire-free high-speed internet access throughout the airport.

CAR HIRE

Europcar, Hertz, Avis, National, Alamo and Enterprise desks are situated in the check-in area.

CAR PARKING

Aberdeen Airport offers car parking to suit all customer’s needs including fast track,
short stay and long stay.  Each car park offers high standards of security and customer
service.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The access road to the airport is signposted from the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road. The airport is seven miles from Aberdeen city centre. The main car park is located in front of the terminal building for short and long stay parking.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Rail: Aberdeen and Inverness services stop at the local station at Dyce which is just a short taxi ride from the airport.  The main line station is in Aberdeen city centre where there are frequent services to all parts of Scotland and England. 

Road: The airport is clearly signed from all major routes.

Taxi: Taxis are available from the terminal forecourt and are operated by Rainbow Airport Taxis. 

Bus/Coach: Regular bus services operate from the airport to Aberdeen city centre.  Services are less frequent at weekends than on weekdays.
